2018 Wrap up.... and The Class of 2019 at Wajatryn

This week we are working on our Thankyou's for 2018..... Yes it is November already and the year is winding up. It has been another great year here at Wajatryn for our family. We are fortunate that we Love what we do and work with good people. In 2019 we will again offer 50 young Elite Wajatryn heifers to select from on property, our Auction Sale bulls at the Highlands Sale in March and DN Sale bulls in September. 100 on property bulls currently growing out on scrub country close to Gayndah. So it will be another busy one.

We have to say one of our absolute highlights this past year has been adding $55,000 Minlacowie Vinnie 8817 D2, to our Sire Battery here at Wajatryn Top Priced bull at the 2018 Droughtmaster National Sale. He is out with his select cows now. He was just what we were chasing this year for our Bull Breeding enterprise. He and his stats are listed on our Sires page on the website and we will have more photos coming soon.

We also retained Wajatryn Lincoln this year. He is full brother to $37,500 Wajatryn Industry and we could not let this one go.

First calves in 2018 by $38,000 Redskin Harley. He is producing just what we hoped for.... and another retained Sire Wajatryn Knox (AI son of $55,000 Wajatryn Devil - also a DN Sale topper) His genetics have the runs on the board here at Wajatryn and we are very excited with his first calves. All Sires on website.

Our first drop of Wajatryn Jack Daniels progeny go to Auction in 2019. The quality and consistency of his sons is outstanding and we are very excited to be offering them next year. Inspection welcome here at Wajatryn. They are currently running on leucaena close to the yards. (no daughters being released for sale - retaining them all)
